The pedal will be connected to the arm via Bluetooth and will allow the user to turn the pages without using their hands or having to stop playing.
The electronics will work via a micro-computer called an Arduino Uno. The Arduino Uno will receive commands from one radio transmitter attached to the pedal. Than the Arduino Uno will turn a set of stepper motors to initiate the page turning motion.
The arm will consist of two parts: one piece will have a rubber surface at the end and will push the paper inwards from the side, creating a “bubble” in the topmost sheet, and the other piece will insert into the bubble and rotate the paper to the opposite side.
